We can skillfully handle difficult machining and micro machining to respond flexibly with short delivery lead times.Our technical reputation is well established. We handle micropores, irregular micro slits, small-diameter deep-hole drilling with high aspect ratios and other extra difficult quality/precision requirements. We receive a steady stream of requests from universities and research institutes.Most of the requests are for trial phase high-mix low-volume machining of internal mechanical components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and precision parts for automotive, medical, aircraft and spacecraft equipment from various industries.These requests primarily consist of nozzle-related modifications. We have an extensive track record with nozzles for fuel injection, painting, application, suction, and spraying, among others. In recent years, we have focused on joint development of new products. We leverage our ultra-precision machining technology for new materials and conductive ceramics, for which we received the Monozukuri Nippon Grand Prix Award.
